结合某拟建地下工程项目,在典型腐蚀性区域开挖原位浸泡井,开展现场原位浸泡试验研究。进行室内未浸泡混凝土试块的28和63d立方体抗压强度试验,28d快速碳化试验,混凝土试块经现场原位浸泡6个月后进行侵蚀深度检测,用扫描电镜进行试样的微观结构观察。结果表明:混凝土经原位浸泡后其微观结构和宏观形态发生明显改变,试块经现场原位浸泡6个月后的侵蚀深度随单方水泥用量的增加而减少,随水胶比的增大而增大,随未浸泡试块的28、63d的抗压强度增加而减少。
In combination with a proposed underground project, in-situ immersion wells were excavated in typical corrosive areas to carry out on-site immersion test in situ. The 28 and 63d cubic compressive strength tests and 28d rapid carbonation tests were carried out on the un-soaked concrete indoors. The concrete specimens were in situ immersed for 6 months before being tested for their erosion depths. The microstructure of the specimens was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the microstructure and macroscopic morphology of the concrete after in-situ soaking change obviously. The depth of erosion of the concrete after in-situ soaking for 6 months decreases with the increase of the amount of unilateral cement. With the increase of water- Increase, with the immersion test piece 28,63d of the compressive strength decreases.
