美国的统计资料表明,约有47%的白人每天吃早餐,而仅有22%的黑人每天吃早餐。我国年轻人约有半数经常不吃早餐。究其原因,大多数人是由于现代生活节奏快,夜生活丰富,晚上睡得迟,早上起得晚,来不及吃早餐或随便吃一点,便匆匆去上班。也有人为减肥而不吃早餐。然而在美国第43届心血管病流行病学及预防年会上,有关专家告诫人们,不吃早餐的人反而容易肥胖,且患糖尿病和心血管病的危险也显著增加。
Statistics from the United States show that about 47% of whites eat breakfast daily, while only 22% of blacks eat breakfast daily. About half of our young people often do not eat breakfast. The reason, most people are due to the fast pace of modern life, nightlife, night sleep late, get up late in the morning, too late to eat breakfast or eat a little, they hurried to work. Some people do not eat breakfast for weight loss. However, at the 43rd Annual Meeting of the Epidemiology and Prevention of Cardiovascular Diseases in the United States, the experts warned that those who ate breakfast would be obese and the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease increased significantly.
