南京禄口国际机场新一代离港前端系统(NewAPP)是以中国航信的大型离港主机系统为依托,利用自主开发的通用离港数据平台上构建的机场旅客处理前端系统。系统能否高效、可靠地运行,直接影响到机场的服务质量和航班正点率。因此,如何尽可能地降低系统的故障率,减少排故时间就成为系统维护人员的重点课题。本文仅就系统的构成、故障分类和故障处理方法进行了阐述。
The new generation departure departure system at Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NewAPP) is an airport passenger processing front-end system built on China Unicom's large-scale departure host system using the self-developed universal departure data platform. Whether the system can operate efficiently and reliably will directly affect the service quality of the airport and the punctuality rate of flights. Therefore, how to reduce the failure rate of the system as much as possible and reduce the troubleshooting time have become the key topics of system maintenance personnel. This article only on the system structure, fault classification and troubleshooting methods are described.
