在外语专业传统教学过程中,商务礼仪教学现状并不理想。从教学实践角度出发,分析该课程教学现状,从课程教学目标、教学内容及顺序、教学模式及方法、考核形式、拓宽教学途径等方面提出改进教学的一些建议,对提高学生商务礼仪素养具有重要意义。
In the traditional foreign language teaching process, the status quo of business etiquette teaching is not ideal. From the point of view of teaching practice, this paper analyzes the status quo of the teaching of the course, puts forward some suggestions to improve teaching from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching contents and order, teaching mode and method, examination form and broadening teaching methods, which is important to improve students’ etiquette significance.
