病毒性肝炎的发病机理目前尚不完全清楚,除环境因素、免疫状态等因素有关外,尚应考虑遗传因素的作用,现将国外有关病毒性肝炎的遗传因素综述如下。一、病毒性肝炎和 ABO 血型:Roberto(1957)发现各种原因的黄疸病病期的173例病人中 A 型为多,Zuckerman 和Mcdonald(1963)调查了患急性黄疸型肝炎的378名皇家空军服务员及新补充进去的皇家空军47,108名样本中按他们的出生地进行比较,发现患急性病毒性肝炎病人中在统计学的意义
