目的探讨Twist与MMP-2、MMP-9在结直肠癌中表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测48例结直肠癌组织和24例癌旁5cm以上正常组织中Twist、MMP-2、MMP-9的表达情况。结果在结直肠癌组织中,Twist、MMP-2、MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为47.92%、54.17%,62.50%,均显著高于癌旁正常组织中的12.50%、20.83%,25.00%,(P<0.05)。Twist、MMP-2、MMP-9与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。Twist的表达与MMP-2、MMP-9的表达呈正相关。MMP-2的表达与MMP-9的表达呈正相关。结论 Twist、MMP-2、MMP-9在肿瘤细胞发生浸润转移中起了协同作用,可作为评估结直肠癌转移及预后的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the correlation between Twist expression and MMP-2, MMP-9 in colorectal cancer. Methods The expressions of Twist, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in 48 cases of colorectal cancer tissue and 24 cases of normal tissue above 5cm were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive rates of Twist, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in colorectal cancer tissues were 47.92%, 54.17% and 62.50%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal tissues (12.50%, 20.83%, 25.00% , (P <0.05). Twist, MMP-2 and MMP-9 were correlated with tumor differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Twist expression and MMP-2, MMP-9 expression was positively correlated. The expression of MMP-2 was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-9. Conclusion Twist, MMP-2 and MMP-9 play a synergistic role in the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells, which can be used as a reference index to evaluate the metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
