目的探讨新生儿低血糖脑损伤的相关危险因素,以为预防提供措施。方法回顾性分析本院确诊的低血糖脑损伤患儿120例的临床资料,并与同期确诊的低血糖患儿80例作对照。结果 Logistic回归分析表明合并宫内感染、宫内窘迫和低血糖持续时间≥12h是新生儿低血糖脑损伤的独立危险因素,OR值为2.31、3.14和6.37,且随着OR值的增加,危险度增加。结论新生儿低血糖脑损伤与多种因素有关,其中宫内感染、宫内窘迫和低血糖持续时间≥12h是新生儿低血糖脑
Objective To explore the related risk factors of neonatal hypoglycemic brain injury in order to provide preventive measures. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with hypoglycemic brain injury diagnosed in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and compared with 80 patients with hypoglycemia diagnosed in the same period. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that intrauterine infection, intrauterine distress and duration of hypoglycemia ≥ 12h were independent risk factors for neonatal hypoglycemic brain injury with odds ratios of 2.31, 3.14 and 6.37, and the hazard ratio increased with OR Degree increased.
