建设部最近提出“八五”期间工人培训工作目标:1995年实现部分关键岗位持证上岗,2000年实现全部关键岗位持证上岗。1995年前,一、二级施工企业中级工以上工人达技术工人总数60%以上,其中高级工占5%以上;三级以下施工企业中级工以上工人占技术工人总数50%左右;管理型企业对有经验的技术工人和技师也要有一定比例。为实现上述目标,建设部要求要搞好技术等级培训、岗位培训、适应性培训和职前培训。其中:一、二级施工企业和管理型企业,要重点搞好高级技术
