[目的]利用特异性酶法鉴定致病菌的特点,建立一种用来检测食品中蜡样芽孢杆菌的显色快速检测方法。[方法]在设计蜡样芽孢杆菌显色培养基(HKCB)后,进行人工污染样品和实际样品检验,分析其检测效果。检测过程按国标GB4789.14-2003程序进行。[结果]在人工污染样品和实际样品检测中,显色培养基HKCB与传统平板MYP可以达到相同的检测限和灵敏度,且具有较高的特异性。[结论]用显色培养基检测蜡样芽孢杆菌是一种新方法,可大大提高检测效率。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of pathogenic bacteria by using specific enzymatic method and to establish a rapid detection method for detecting the color of Bacillus cereus in food. [Method] After the design of Bacillus cereus color culture medium (HKCB), artificial contaminated samples and actual samples were tested, and the detection results were analyzed. Testing process according to national standard GB4789.14-2003 procedures. [Result] The results showed that the detection limit and sensitivity of HKCB were the same as those of conventional plate MYP in artificial contamination samples and real samples, and had higher specificity. [Conclusion] The detection of Bacillus cereus with chromogenic medium is a new method which can greatly improve the detection efficiency.
