目的配合ICRP推荐的最新组织权重因子,开发便于估算临床核医学诊断所致受检者与患者内照射器官剂量与有效剂量的软件。方法汇总国际放射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的相关剂量转换系数并建立数据库,采用体积元S值法和ICRP推荐的最新组织权重因子分别计算器官剂量和有效剂量,利用C++计算机编程语言编写软件。结果该软件可估算临床核医学诊断应用中47种放射性核素(含268类不同化合物形式)所致受检者与患者27种器官/组织的吸收剂量和有效剂量;组织权重因子的变化使得分别采用99mTc、18F和131I核素进行检查的受检者有效剂量变化分别约为20%、8%和32%。结论本研究建立的数据库所包含的核素及其化合物的种类齐全,软件的用户界面友好且操作简单,适用于临床核医学诊断所致受检者与患者内照射器官剂量与有效剂量的简便估算。
Objective To develop software that facilitates the estimation of dose and effective dose of internal organs of subjects and patients caused by clinical nuclear medicine diagnosis, in conjunction with the latest tissue weighting factors recommended by ICRP. Methods The relevant dose conversion coefficients recommended by the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) were summarized and a database was constructed. The organ dose and effective dose were calculated respectively using the volume element S-value method and the latest tissue weighting factor recommended by ICRP. The software was written in C ++ computer programming language. Results The software estimates the absorbed doses and effective doses of 47 radionuclides (including 268 different compound forms) in subjects with 27 patients / patients in clinical nuclear medicine diagnostic applications; changes in tissue weight factors that make up The effective dose of the subjects tested with 99mTc, 18F and 131I nuclides was about 20%, 8% and 32%, respectively. Conclusion The data base contained in this study contains a complete range of nuclide and its compounds, the user interface of the software is friendly and easy to operate, and is suitable for the simple estimation of dose and effective dose of internal organs of patients and patients caused by clinical nuclear medicine diagnosis .
