镜头回放：今年3月,四川省乐山市市中区人民法院立案受理了该市首起“阳光维权官司”,乐山市中区凤凰中路111号朝阳小区5号楼全体住户向法院起诉平行对面楼间距仅3米的违章建筑——“平羌苑小区”严重影响了自己的居住环境,侵犯了自己的通风、采光和隐私权,请求法院依法判令该楼层开发商——乐山永盛建筑公司停止侵害、排除妨害,以维护自己的合法权益。(详见本刊7月“乐山首起阳光维权官司背后”的报道)。
