本文是长春汽车研究所在1973~1977年间对汽车高速操纵稳定性试验评价方法研究结果的综述。文中研究了各种评价试验间的关系,证明了角阶跃反应与力阶跃反应是汽车高速操纵稳定性的基本评价试验。本文还研究了提高这两种基本试验车速的方法,使试验评价车速达到140公里/小时。文中还提出一种测定高速不足转向值的试验分析法,同时发现某些汽车在车速增高时,不足转向值有明显的变化。提出一种综合评价指标——“总方差”,它能够较全面地说明汽车操纵反应的“顺从程度”,且便于理论分析和设计最优化。
This article is a summary of the research results of Changchun Automobile Research Institute from 1973 to 1977 on the evaluation method of vehicle high-speed handling stability test. In this paper, the relationship between various evaluation tests is studied, and it is proved that the angular step response and force step response are the basic evaluation tests for the stability of high-speed vehicle handling. In this paper, we also study ways to improve the speed of these two basic tests so that the test speed can reach 140 km / h. The paper also proposed a test analysis method for determining the steering speed at low speed, and found that some vehicles had a significant change in understeer value when the vehicle speed increased. This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation index - “total variance”, which can comprehensively describe the “compliance” of the vehicle maneuver response and facilitate theoretical analysis and design optimization.
