目的探讨整合素连接激酶(ILK)和α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)与肾间质纤维化(RIF)的关系。方法选取原发性肾小球肾炎患者肾活检标本88例,根据光镜下肾小管间质的病变程度分组。采用免疫组化方法检测各组标本ILK、α-SMA的表达,并将ILK、α-SMA的表达与肾间质纤维化程度进行相关性分析。结果ILK主要表达于病变肾小管上皮细胞,并且随肾间质病变的加重表达量增加,范围增大。肾小管间质中ILK表达量与RIF病变程度呈正相关;α-SMA表达主要见于纤维化间质,其表达与RIF程度呈正相关。结论随着肾小管间质病变程度的加重,ILK、α-SMA的表达逐渐增加,ILK可能参与了RIF的进程。
Objective To investigate the relationship between integrin-linked kinase (ILK) and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and renal interstitial fibrosis (RIF). Methods Eighty-eight patients with primary glomerulonephritis were selected according to the degree of renal tubulointerstitial lesion. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ILK and α-SMA in each group. Correlation analysis was made between the expression of ILK and α-SMA and the degree of renal interstitial fibrosis. Results ILK mainly expressed in the pathological renal tubular epithelial cells, and with the increase of renal interstitial lesions, the expression increased and the range increased. The expression of ILK in tubulointerstitium was positively correlated with the severity of RIF. The expression of α-SMA was mainly found in fibrosis stroma. The expression of IL-7 was positively correlated with the level of RIF. Conclusions With the severity of tubulointerstitial lesions, the expressions of ILK and α-SMA gradually increase, and ILK may be involved in the process of RIF.
