第1章绪论1.选题背景近年来,中国的经济发展蒸蒸日上,人们对于自己所处的居住环境愈加重视,各种风格的居住区也就大量的涌现出来。“新中式”居住区作为新兴的风格,也越来越受到人们的喜爱及追捧。“新中式”居住区的出现从宏观上来讲是中国城建发展的一大进步,它与一个城市的发展、人们的日常生活有着息息相关的联系;从微观上来讲是人们思想的一大进步,人们对环境景观要求的提高,更是人们生活水平的提高。(1)现代人对居住环境提出新的要求及重要性
