目的:研制实验用活体杂种犬的头颅侧位X线测量片定位设备与投照技术。方法:活体杂种犬麻醉后俯卧于摄影台,使用德国西门子产(ORTHOPANTOMOG RAPHR10)X线头颅测量定位系统,将自制的犬头颅定位器与之连接,一端固定在x线定位耳塞上,另一端固定在犬头颅左右双侧面部的颧骨最突起处。结果:头颅定位侧位X线曝光投照,可以获取标准的活体杂种犬头颅测量用定位侧位影像。结论:使用特制的定位器,获取标准的犬头颅侧位影像,为颌面整形外科实验提供标准的测量影像。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a skull lateral X-ray positioning device and its projection technology for living experimental mongrel dogs. Methods: The living mongrel dogs were put prone on the camera table after anesthesia. Using the ORTHOPANTOMOG RAPHR10 X-ray head positioning system, the homemade canine skull positioner was connected to it. One end was fixed on the x-ray positioning earplugs and the other end was fixed Left and right sides of the head of the dog canine cheekbones most prominent place. Results: The lateral X-ray exposure of the skull positioning was used to obtain the standard lateral image of the living crossbred skull. CONCLUSIONS: A standard locator is used to acquire standard canine cephalometric images to provide standard measurement images for maxillofacial plastic surgery.
