对335例共384个后牙折裂的临床资料进行了分析。提示牙折的发生与牙髓治疗史、创伤力、隐裂史等因素有关。治疗应根据折裂的位置、范围及临床症状等进行选择。本文针对牙折的病因，提出预防牙折的措施。
Clinical data of 335 total 384 posterior teeth fractures were analyzed. Tip of the incidence of dental pulp and dental treatment history, traumatic force, a history of crack and other factors. Treatment should be based on the location of the fracture, the scope and clinical symptoms to choose. In this paper, according to the cause of the tooth fold, put forward the measure to prevent the tooth fold.
