How much does nap play on man’s work in the afternoon and evening? The author conducted an experimental study of this issue. Thirty college students who had a nap habit participated in the experiment. They were asked to perform selective responses, short-term memory, arithmetic calculations and observation of a total of 4 tasks. The experiment continued from 14:02 to 22:07, and the performance of the subjects was automatically recorded by the computer in three different time periods. There are two kinds of experimental conditions, one is to let nap, one is to prevent nap. Statistical analysis of the experimental results showed that in the 12 significance analysis, only one group of data napping effect is significant, the other two groups of experimental conditions the difference was not significant. The paper discusses the experimental results and their significance.
