近年来,法院执行工作日益受到社会各界的广泛关注,“执行难”问题已经成为社会热点话题,并对司法公信力建设造成了不良影响。在全面推进依法治国的背景下,构建科学完善的执行监督机制至关重要,关乎“执行难”问题是否能够得到根本有效的解决,关乎人民法院执行工作是否能够步入良性循环轨道。本文结合现行执行监督机制存在的缺陷,对科学构建和完善执行监督机制的必要性进行分析,并尝试提出完善人民法院内部执行监督机制的可行性建议。
In recent years, the implementation of the court has drawn increasing attention from all sectors of society. The issue of “difficult implementation” has become a hot topic in society and has adversely affected the construction of judicial credibility. In the context of comprehensively promoting the administration of the country according to law, it is of vital importance to establish a sound scientific implementation supervision mechanism, and whether the issue of “difficult implementation” can be fundamentally and effectively solved or whether the implementation of the people’s court can step into the virtuous circle. Based on the defects of the current implementation supervision mechanism, this paper analyzes the necessity of scientifically constructing and perfecting the supervision mechanism and tries to put forward the feasibility suggestion of perfecting the supervision mechanism of the people’s court.
