目的:通过对“健康中国工程”四川地震重灾县基层医疗机构心理咨询培训子项目实践总结及培训效果评估,探索一种适合于四川地震重灾县基层医疗机构医务工作者心理咨询培训的模式。方法:回顾性资料分析、问卷调查等。结果:三期共291名学员参训,其中医生70.4%,护士25.1%,其他人员4.5%。采用脱产集中学习的培训方式,以参与式学习与行动研究(PLA)作为主要教学方式,采用小组讨论、案例分析、情景模拟、角色扮演、心理影片观摩以及心理拓展训练等教学方法,把理论学习、能力培养、素质提升和研究解决实际问题结合起来。培训内容包括心理学专业基本知识、心理学专业能力训练、心理咨询人员素质提升、灾区医务人员心理调适四大模块。学员结业平均成绩为87.82分。问卷调查显示培训总体满意率为86%。结论:参训学员通过培训掌握了心理咨询的基本理论、知识和实用技能,能在临床工作中,针对不同的对象开展心理咨询工作。同时,培训过程使学员自身存在的灾后心理问题得到了调适。培训模式适合四川地震重灾县基层卫生人员的需求和成人教育的特点,在进一步完善的基础上,可推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To explore a psychological counseling and training program for medical workers in primary health care institutions hardest hit by the earthquake in Sichuan Province through the practical summary of the psychological counseling and training sub-project of primary health care institutions and the evaluation of training effects on the severely affected areas in Sichuan Province, Mode. Methods: Retrospective data analysis, questionnaires and so on. Results: A total of 291 trainees attended the three sessions, of whom 70.4% were doctors, 25.1% were nurses and 4.5% were other staff. Using the training methods of concentration-taking study and taking the PLA as the main teaching method, the author adopts the teaching methods of group discussion, case analysis, scenario simulation, role playing, psychological film observation and psychological development training to study the theory , Ability development, quality improvement and research to solve practical problems. Training includes basic knowledge of psychology, psychology professional ability training, psychological counselor quality improvement, disaster area medical staff psychological adjustment of the four modules. Students completed an average of 87.82 points. The survey shows that the overall training rate of 86% satisfaction. Conclusion: The trainees have mastered the basic theory, knowledge and practical skills of psychological counseling through training, and can carry out psychological counseling work for different subjects in clinical work. At the same time, the training process has made the students themselves have the psychological problems after the disaster has been adjusted. The training mode suits the needs of grass-roots health workers and the characteristics of adult education in the hardest-hit Sichuan earthquake victims. On the basis of further improvement, the training mode can be promoted for use.
