原发女性生殖系统恶性淋巴瘤少见,多发于中年女性,其中以非霍奇金淋巴瘤多见,属结外型淋巴瘤。该病发病率低,临床表现缺乏特异性,与生殖系统其他恶性肿瘤很难鉴别,特别是术前,因此临床上易误诊。近年来,恶性淋巴瘤发病率显著上升,其早期诊断与治疗方式都有了明显改进,现就原发女性生殖系统恶性淋巴瘤近年来的诊断及治疗等研究做作一综述。
Primary female reproductive system, rare malignant lymphoma, mainly in middle-aged women, including non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma more common, is an extranodal lymphoma. The low incidence of the disease, the lack of specificity of clinical manifestations, and other reproductive system malignant tumors is difficult to identify, especially preoperative, so clinically misdiagnosed. In recent years, the incidence of malignant lymphoma increased significantly, the early diagnosis and treatment have been significantly improved, now the primary female reproductive system lymphoma in recent years, diagnosis and treatment are reviewed.
