食用菌生活史中的一个主要特点是无性世代的质配阶段是生活史中的主要过程,而有性世代的核配和减数分裂则发生在子实体形成过程中的一个短暂时期.因此,在食用菌的杂交育种中,根据亲本材料的来源,可分为有性杂交和无性杂交两种方式.以担孢子萌发产生的单核体或同核体做为亲本的杂交方式称为有性杂交.其主要特点是这些单核体或同核体均是减数分裂后形成的有性后代;而以无性孢子或原生质体单核化后形成的单核体或同核体做为亲本的杂交方式称为无性杂交,其主要特点是这些材料均是有丝分裂形成的无性后代.本文对这两种杂交方式的特点及差异
