目的:对祖师麻药材进行红外光谱的结构特征的分析和鉴别。方法:以傅里叶变换红外光谱、二阶导数光谱、共有峰率和变异峰率的双指标序列及聚类分析等方法对本品进行结构及指纹图谱分析。结果:确定10批全国购置及采摘的祖师麻药材红外光谱的8个共有特征吸收峰,3种基源植物相对对照药材的共有峰率波动范围为77%~85%,变异峰率波动范围为11.8%~29.4%,4种伪品相对对照药材的共有峰率仅在63.6%~71.4%,且变异峰率波动较大。结论:应用红外光谱可对祖师麻进行快速鉴别,且方法可靠、易行。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and identify the structural characteristics of Zusanmai medicinal materials by infrared spectroscopy. Methods: The structures and fingerprints of this product were analyzed by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, second derivative spectroscopy, double index sequence of common peak rate and mutation peak rate, and cluster analysis. Results: Eight common characteristic absorption peaks of 10 batches of Chinese medicinal materials collected and picked by Zushushi were identified. The range of the common peak fluctuations of the three kinds of plant relative to the reference materials was 77% -85%. The range of variation peak rate was 11.8% -29.4%. The common peaks of the four counterfeit products were only 63.6% -71.4% compared with the reference materials, and the variation peak rate fluctuated greatly. Conclusion: The infrared spectroscopy can be used for rapid identification of Zu Shi Ma, and the method is reliable and easy to operate.
