目的 :分析本地区城乡学龄期儿童的日均摄入能量、发育程度、血脂 (TC、HDL -c、LDL -c)的关系 ,为本地区学龄期儿童的保健及预防冠心病年轻化趋势提供建议。方法 :调查城乡 7~ 12岁 6个年龄组 2 2 2 0名 (每个年龄组分别均是 185名 )儿童的 1周膳食的品种和数量、身高、体重、血脂 ,计算日均摄入能量、罗尔指数、TC、HDL -c、LDL -c的均值 ,并对比分析。结果 :6个年龄组日均摄入能量城市分别为 7.11± 0 .4 3、7.19± 0 .5 7、7.36± 0 .95、8.4 4± 1.12、8.95± 1.6 2、9.80± 1.97兆焦尔 ,乡镇分别为 5 .34± 0 .2 2、5 .5 3± 0 .31、6 .0 2± 0 .37、6 .6 8± 0 .4 1、7.2 2± 0 .77、7.95± 0 .83MJ。罗尔指数城市男童分别为 115 .4 3± 4 .5 6、130 .79± 5 .73、10 0 .89± 3.2 7、12 1.38± 2 .83、12 0 .13± 3.12、112 .97± 3.12 ,乡镇男童分别为 10 0 .17± 1.0 9、10 3.79± 2 .19、10 3.87± 2 .0 9、10 2 .98± 3.15、99.37± 1.79、112 .34± 3.0 3;城市女童分别为 113.31± 4 .14、12 7.5 1± 2 .0 7、10 9.5 6± 5 .0 3、119.2 9± 3.79、117.2 1± 2 .5 9、10 8.83± 3.5 1,乡镇女童分别为 98.93± 2 .4 3、96 .10± 4 .0 7、96 .6 5± 3.83、96 .4 9± 3.0 1、97.2 1± 2 .74、1
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between average daily intake of energy, developmental level, serum lipids (TC, HDL-c, LDL-c) in school-age children in urban and rural areas in the region and provide guidance on health care and prevention of coronary heart disease in school-age children in this region Suggest. Methods: A total of 2220 children aged 7 to 12 years old in urban and rural areas aged 20 to 12 years were enrolled in this study.
