[目的]筛选戊唑醇和百菌清对禾谷镰孢菌菌丝生长抑制效果最佳复配比例。[方法]室内恒温条件下,采用菌丝生长速率法测定戊唑醇、百菌清及其复配对禾谷镰孢菌的毒力,用Horsfall的毒力试验设计和Wadley的增效比(SR)率法评价2种杀菌剂的联合作用。[结果]戊唑醇和百菌清以1∶1、1∶3、1∶5、1∶7、1∶9、1∶11、3∶1和5∶1比例混配的SR为1.5915-84.3772,表现为增效作用;以9∶1、11∶1比例混配的SR值分别为0.5132、1.0190,表现为相加作用;以7∶1比例混配的SR为0.4382,表现为拮抗作用。[结论]2种药剂以1∶11比例混配的SR值最大是84.3772,为最佳增效作用混配比例;该研究结果为该病的防治奠定基础。
[Objective] The aim of this study was to screen the best combination ratio of tebuconazole and chlorothalonil on growth inhibition of Fusarium graminearum. [Method] The toxicity of tebuconazole, chlorothalonil and their mixture to Fusarium graminearum was determined by mycelial growth rate under the condition of constant temperature in laboratory. The virulence of Horsfall was compared with that of Wadley (SR ) Rate method to evaluate the combined effect of two fungicides. [Result] The SR of tebuconazole and chlorothalonil mixed at the ratio of 1: 1, 1: 3, 1: 5, 1: 7, 1: 9, 1: 11, 3:1 and 5: 1 was 1.5915-84.3772 , Showing a synergistic effect; the SR values mixed with the ratio of 9: 1 and 11: 1 were 0.5132 and 1.0190 respectively, which showed an additive effect; and the SR with the ratio of 7: 1 was 0.4382, which showed an antagonistic effect. [Conclusion] The maximal SR value of the two drugs mixed in a ratio of 1:11 was 84.3772, which was the best proportion of synergistic effect. The results laid the foundation for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
