一、前 言 玻璃钢作为电器部件和高温耐烧蚀材料时,都有再加温的过程。在实践中发现,由于材料本身的性质、压制工艺和几何尺寸等方面的特点,使材料在加工和使用过程中发生各种质量事故,甚至引起材料的破坏。其原因之一就是压制后的玻璃钢(尤其是大尺寸部件)包含有大量的挥发物和残余应力,这些内在的因素受到外界环境的诱发(如温度、湿度和机械作用),导致产品开裂。为此,必需在加工、装配和使用之前,进行后期热处理,将材料内部包含的挥发物和残余应力除去,并且可使未固
