我们接到通编字第397号函关于于荣华同志对“病房总领药制”提出的意见,经讨论后总结如下:先从我院对病房总领药制的要求说起:刚解放不久,我院住院处方系全部由药房配发,病房不备任何药品;当时反映意见很多,如医师们反映说:“我们写好医嘱,又要开列大批处方,浪费时间,影响病人诊疗工作”。护士们反映说:“病人不能及时吃到药品,每次配来大批药水、药袋、纸盒等,真不容易搞得清楚”。药工人员说:“每天要配那么多住院处方,时间上来不及,病房催得又紧,真困难”。
