本文结合某工程实例,根据无缝线路的强度及稳定条件确定轨温变化幅度和轨温升温幅度,综合稳定条件、钢轨拉、压应力相平衡以及焊缝焊接材质及本地区的温度特征等因素,从无缝线路锁定轨温设计着手,对无缝线路结构主要设计参数伸缩区长度、预留轨缝值、缓冲区、防爬设备数量及长轨节和观测桩布置等进行相关设计计算,同时进行温度压力峰检算。当锁定轨温设计值及压力峰处的升温幅度值均低于强度和稳定条件下的轨温允许值时,则可进行无缝线路结构设计。
