用原子吸收分光光度法测定了0~7岁健康学龄前儿童4343人的头发锌含量,测出该年龄范围的发锌值下限,0~,1~,2~,3~,4~,5~,6~,7~年龄组朝鲜族男和女儿童下限值分别为38,46,53,60,77,74,82,93和41,41,59,64,73,84,93,100μg/g,发现,发锌值随年龄的增长而增加,男女间和朝汉族间发锌无明显差异,发锌值与生长发育水平之间无明显关联。
The zinc content in hair of 4343 healthy preschool children aged 0-7 years was measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
