“正确解决”,是经常性思想工作的落脚点。但当前有些基层政工干部对“正确解决”这个问题没有掌握运用好,导致一些本来简单的问题复杂化,复杂的问题又简单化,往往使一些问题留下“尾巴”。我体会,处理问题的方法是否得当,主要应做好“五个结合”: 一是“多”与“少”结合。所谓“多”与“少”,这里专指共性与个性、普遍与特殊。基层单位发生的问题,往往表现在这种矛盾的统一体中。有的问题虽然发生在个别人身上,但却反映了部队一个时期的一种不良倾向。要“透视”问题的共性,着力抓好带倾向性问题的处理,既处理教育个别人,又能使多数人受到震动和警醒。如果只抓个别,“不及其余”,处理不好“多”与“少”的结合关系,就只能“按下葫芦浮起瓢”。 “Correct solution” is the result of regular ideological work.
