以吉农28、吉农27、吉农17三个基因型大豆子叶节作为外植体,采用正交实验设计方法,对大豆的基因型和子叶节再生中植物生长调节剂浓度进行了研究。结果表明:适合大豆子叶节不定芽诱导的基因型是吉农27,最佳诱导培养基是MS+6-BA 3.0mg/L+IBA 0mg/L+2,4-D0mg/L。适合大豆子叶节不定芽继代的基因型是吉农17,最佳继代培养基是MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+IBA 0.1mg/L。适合大豆子叶节不定芽增殖的最佳基因型是吉农27,最佳增殖培养基是MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+GA31.0mg/L。
In this study, three genotypes of soybean cotyledons of JiNong28, JiNin27 and JiNin17 were used as explants. The concentrations of plant growth regulators in soybean genotypes and cotyledonary node regeneration were studied by orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that the suitable genotype of adventitious buds induced by soybean cotyledon was JINNAN27. The best induction medium was MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg / L + IBA 0 mg / L + 2,4-D0 mg / L. The genotype of adventitious buds suitable for soybean cotyledon subculture was Jinong 17, and the best subculture medium was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg / L + IBA 0.1 mg / L. The best genotype of adventitious buds suitable for soybean cotyledonary node was JINNAN27. The best proliferation medium was MS + 6-BA1.0mg / L + NAA 0.1mg / L + GA31.0mg / L.
