针对PDC钻头在钻复杂硬地层中容易出现崩齿、碎裂、剥蚀脱层和过度磨损等问题,本文采用自主研发的PDC钻凿/磨铣特性检测试验装置对五种φ19 PDC片、五种φ16 PDC片和七种φ13

针对PDC钻头在钻复杂硬地层中容易出现崩齿、碎裂、剥蚀脱层和过度磨损等问题,本文采用自主研发的PDC钻凿/磨铣特性检测试验装置对五种φ19 PDC片、五种φ16 PDC片和七种φ13PDC片进行了钻凿/磨铣特性进行了检测及评价.结果表明,不同厂家、不同规格PDC片切削性能各不相同,PDC钻凿特性有后期出刃型和直接出刃型两种.在相同条件下,后期出刃型钻速表现出由低到高再到低,直接出刃型表现为由高到低的特性,因此,在制造PDC钻头的过程中应合理选择PDC片规格尺寸,从而有效提高PDC钻头质量.
