经微量全血EB病毒转化法建立了-Ring(13)染色体B淋巴母细胞株(JMSR13),该细胞呈悬浮生长,核型为2n=45,XY/46,XYring(13)。细胞群体倍增时间为54hr/代。Ring(13)染色体在复制时的交换次数是构成ring(13)染色体倍性改变的原因,Ring(13)衍生染色体的随机断裂和其在有丝分裂中的不分离是其产生遗传学效应的主要根源。
The Ring (13) chromosome B lymphoblastoid cell line (JMSR13) was established by micro-whole blood Epstein-Barr virus transformation. The cells grew in suspension with karyotype 2n = 45, XY / 46, XYring (13). Cell population doubling time was 54 hr / generation.
