目的探讨噪声接触对作业工人血压的影响。方法选择2010年泉州市某电器机械制造厂接触噪声作业工人259名为接触组,选择该厂不接触噪声的工人300名为对照组,评价噪声与血压的关系,同时测定作业环境中噪声水平。结果噪声接触组工人高血压患病率高于对照组(χ2=7.19,P<0.05),35岁以下高血压患病率类似,但35岁以上患病率差异显著。暴露于高强度噪声者高血压患病率高于低强度者,随着噪声强度增加,患病率有增高趋势。结论噪声接触对作业工人血压有影响,噪声强度的高低与高血压患病率相关。
Objective To investigate the effect of noise exposure on blood pressure in workers. Methods A total of 259 workers exposed to noise in an electrical machinery factory in Quanzhou City in 2010 were selected as the contact group. 300 workers without noise exposure were selected as the control group to evaluate the relationship between noise and blood pressure and the noise level in the working environment. Results The prevalence of hypertension in noise exposure group was higher than that in control group (χ2 = 7.19, P <0.05). The prevalence of hypertension under 35 years old was similar, but the prevalence was significantly different among those over 35 years old. The prevalence of high blood pressure exposure to high intensity noise was higher than that of low intensity, and as the noise intensity increased, the prevalence tended to increase. Conclusion Noise exposure has an impact on the blood pressure of workers. The level of noise intensity is related to the prevalence of hypertension.
