生长激素(GH)的生物学作用普遍认为起始于激素与靶细胞质膜上特异的受体,但 GH 作用的受体后机制.包括对 GH 及其靶细胞受体的细胞内过程知道甚少.本综述介绍了目前对 GH 及其受体的相互作用的认识,并着重阐述细胞机制的特性(包括 GH 及其受体的细胞内过程).生长激素受体必须指出至少有三种不同但又相关的受体或结合位点特异地与 GH 或/和结构相关的激素相结合,即GH 受体、生乳素(PRL)受体、胎盘生乳素(PL)受体.本文所讨论的主要是 GH 受体.并将其与此受体家族的其它成员作了对比。
