云南省滇西电业局按照集团公司的人才培养规划,于2000年3月开展了首次专业技术带头人 及后备人选选拔工作。对于加快人才资源开发,切实把电力改革与发展转移到依靠科技进步的轨道上 来,为该局人才工程战略的实施迈出了实质性的一步。
In accordance with the company’s talent training plan, the Yunnan West Power Bureau launched its first professional technical leader and reserve candidate selection work in March 2000. To speed up the development of human resources and practically shift the power reform and development to the path of relying on scientific and technological progress, it has taken a substantive step toward the implementation of the Talent Engineering Strategy of the Bureau.
