目的:了解维吾尔族膳食营养素摄入水平及其与血脂的关系,为今后合理指导维吾尔族居民膳食营养及血脂异常的预防与治疗提供参考资料和科学的帮助。方法:新疆伊犁地区尼勒克县苏布台乡136名25岁以上的维吾尔族进行血脂水平检测、膳食调查及体格检测。结果:(1)能量达到RNI的82.3%至80.1%;蛋白质,脂肪和碳水化合物均超过DRIs水平。(2)调查居民血脂平均水平在正常范围内。结论:伊犁地区维吾尔族农民膳食结构不太合理,应加强宣传教育,提高营养知识水平,合理调整膳食结构。
Objective: To understand the dietary intake of Uyghur and its relationship with serum lipids, and to provide reference materials and scientific help for the rational guidance of dietary nutrition and dyslipidemia prevention and treatment for Uighur residents in the future. Methods: Thirty-six Uyghurs above 25 years old in Subuntai Township, Nile Prefecture, Yili Prefecture, Xinjiang were investigated for blood lipid level, dietary survey and physical examination. Results: (1) The energy reached 82.3% to 80.1% of RNI; protein, fat and carbohydrate exceeded DRIs level. (2) Survey residents average level of lipid in the normal range. Conclusion: The dietary structure of Uighur peasants in Ili Prefecture is not reasonable. Publicity and education should be strengthened to raise the level of nutritional knowledge and adjust the dietary structure rationally.
