由于受生源和招生等多方面因素影响,职业高中后进生数量较多,要提高职业高中教育教学质量,就必须千方百计使后进生得到转化;要让这些后进生得到大面积转化,就必须从分析他们的心理特征入手,对症下药,使他们产生自我转化的内驱力。文章就职业高中后进生的心理特征及转化后进生的途径进行探讨分析。
Due to many factors such as student source and enrollment, the number of postsecondary students in vocational high schools is high. To improve the teaching quality of vocational high schools, we must make every effort to make the students who have succeeded in post-graduation transformation. Their psychological characteristics to start, the right remedy, so that they have a self-transformation drive. The article analyzes the psychological characteristics of postgraduates in post-secondary vocational schools and the ways of post-transformation students.
