试验研究了混合喷吹条件下诸因素对煤粉燃烧率的影响。试验及回归得出混合喷吹时不同因素对煤粉燃烧率影响的定量关系。试验表明,简单采用干粉混合的方法添加不可燃粉料恶化了煤粉的燃烧条件,随添加量增加影响加剧。添加粉料中,白云石粉对煤粉燃烧率影响最大。在添加粉料不大于10%时,喷吹烟煤粉仍可达到较好的燃烧率。
The effects of various factors on the combustion rate of pulverized coal under the condition of mixed injection were studied experimentally. The quantitative relationship between the influence of different factors on the combustion rate of pulverized coal during the mixed injection was obtained through experiments and regression. Experiments show that the simple method of adding dry powder mixed with non-combustible powder exacerbated the combustion conditions of pulverized coal, with the increase in the amount of increased impact. Add powder, dolomite powder on the combustion rate of coal most affected. When adding powder is not more than 10%, the injection of bituminous coal can still achieve better combustion rate.
