我科收治1例先天性完全性唇腭裂并耳廓畸形及斜颈患者,尚属少见,现报告如下.患者男,5岁。其母代述出生唇上唇腭完全裂开,进食发音障碍,要求手术,于1992年8月1日入院。患儿为第1胎,足月,顺产。无手术及外伤病史。家族中其舅舅为唇腭裂患者,其母怀孕期间否认服药史,父母非近亲结婚。体格检查:体重17kg,身高65cm。营养发育较差。心肺正常,腹部无异常。专科检查:右侧上唇及上腭完全裂开,右耳廓背曲隆起增厚,呈招风样,耳屏前有一1.0cm×1.0cm 带蒂卵圆形赘生物。颈向左侧倾斜,气管居中。诊断:①右侧完全性唇腭裂,②右招风耳并发副耳,③右先天性斜颈。于1992年3月4日在全麻下行右上唇腭裂修补术及右副耳摘除术。手术顺利,术后 Our department admitted a case of congenital complete cleft lip and palate and auricle deformity and torticollis, is still rare, are as follows .Patient male, 5 years old.
