在当今的建筑工程施工过程中,混凝土砌块填充墙的渗漏问题得到了广泛的关注,由于施工人员经常忽视填充墙的承重作用,一直施工过程中大多采用多孔砖、空心砖砌块,极易造成安全隐患。本文从外墙的设计、打孔的处理上、材料选择问题上、门窗质量问题以及施工的整体质量问题几方面详细解析了渗漏的多方面因素,并通过提高砌块、砂浆等原材料质量,改良构造与施工流程等一系列措施,极大降低了渗漏情况的出现,大大减少了施工过程中的安全隐患。
