一、科技、教育、经济一体化的概念所谓科技、教育、经济一体化(Integration of Science、Ed-ucation and Economy),是指在市场经济规律和国家宏观政策的作用下,以创新为核心,科技、教育、经济互相渗透,有机组合,共同促进社会全面、持续发展的过程及与此相关的组织方式。科技、教育、经济一体化的定义包含着如下五个方面的含义: 第一,科技、教育、经济一体化是以社会全面、可持续发展为目标的。社会的发展是通过组成社会的各个子系统的发展有机组合而成的。而社会的可持续发展只有在各个子系统协调发展的条件下才能得以实现,科技、教育、经济一体化的社会价值就在于此。科技、教育、经济一体化是社会发展到一定的历史阶段才会产生的科学理念。
I. The concept of science, technology, education and economic integration The so-called integration of science and education (Ed-ucation and Economy) means that under the influence of the laws of market economy and the state’s macroeconomic policies, taking innovation as the core, Science and technology, education, mutual penetration of economy and organic combination to jointly promote the process of social comprehensive and sustainable development and the related organizational forms. The definition of science and technology, education and economic integration contain the following five meanings: First, science and technology, education and economic integration are aimed at achieving social comprehensive and sustainable development. The development of society is made through the organic combination of the development of various subsystems that make up the society. The sustainable development of society can be realized only under the condition of coordinated development of all subsystems. The social value of science, technology, education and economic integration lies here. Science and technology, education and economic integration are the scientific concepts that will emerge from the development of society to a certain historical stage.
