消化性溃疡主要是指发生在胃和十二指肠的慢性溃疡，15％～25％的患者可并发出血，是上消化道出血最常见的病因。作者应用泮托拉唑和奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血病例78例，疗效满意，现报道如下。
