３２例男性急性无合并症淋球菌性尿道炎（年龄２９±ｓ１２ａ），用头孢噻肟１ｇ单次肌肉注射（肌注）治疗与２５例病情相同的男性病人（年龄２５±１１ａ）用大观霉素２ｇ单次肌注作疗效比较。结果经χ２检验无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），但头孢噻肟组不良反应少，价格低，无耐药菌株。
Thirty-two male patients with acute complications of gonococcal urethritis (age 29 ± s12a) were treated with a single intramuscular injection of cefotaxime (intramuscular injection) with 25 patients with the same disease (age 25 ± 11a) Vegetarian 2g single intramuscular injection of efficacy comparison. Results χ2 test showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), but less adverse reactions cefotaxime group, the price is low, no drug-resistant strains.
