目的:基于信息化平台,运用全面质量管理、ISO 9000“过程控制”进行预防跌倒管理,降低住院患者跌倒发生率。方法:建立预防跌倒信息化平台,设置4大功能模块,实现预防跌倒全程路径管理。提取关键过程监控指标,实施宏观、微观数据结合的过程控制,开展不同跌倒风险级别、不同管理层级、不同时间节点的全方位过程控制,实现实时监控、反馈与改进。在全院106个护理病区实施,比较实施信息化过程控制前后的效果。结果:实施信息化过程控制预防跌倒管理后,住院患者跌倒高风险上报率增加,跌倒发生率明显下降(P<0.05),预防跌倒集束化策略指标落实率提升(P<0.05)。结论:应用信息化过程控制,实现住院患者预防跌倒高效管理,降低住院患者跌倒发生率,保障患者安全。
OBJECTIVE: To prevent the fall of inpatients by using total quality management and ISO 9000 “process control ” based on informatization platform. Methods: Establishing a platform for preventing falls and setting up 4 functional modules to realize full path management of fall prevention. Extract key process monitoring indicators, implement process control based on macro and micro data, carry out omni-directional process control with different fall risk levels, different management levels and different time nodes, and implement real-time monitoring, feedback and improvement. In the hospital 106 nursing ward implementation, the implementation of information technology before and after the control effect. Results: After the implementation of information process control and prevention of fall management, the high risk of fall in hospitalized patients increased, the incidence of falls significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the compliance rate of fall prevention cluster strategy increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of information process control, to achieve efficient management of hospitalized patients to prevent falls, reduce the incidence of falls in hospital patients and protect the safety of patients.
