反应堆内置无填料再循环泵(以下简称内置泵)与外回路泵根比,具有许多优点。其中一个优点是与反应堆安全壳的空间要求及布置有关.它可以使安全壳更加紧凑.本文根据典型反应堆安全壳来讨论内置泵的优点.这种泵要同反应堆主回路冷却剂直接接触,因而产生了许多特殊的机械设计问题.本文较详细地讨论了内置泵的一般概念设计和无填料泵所积累的有关经验,它们是一些从设计上着手解决维修问题的新颍方法.由于反应堆压力壳内侧可供泵叶轮和导流体利用的空间有限,同时又要求泵有较高的效率和较低的汽蚀余量,因而导致采用混流泵,并决定对泵进行模型试验.在无阀系统中,泵的倒流特性是十分重要的.为了得到能充分评价各种事故工况下后果的数据,也要进行模型试验.本文讨论了水力设计的特点,并对模型试验和样机试验作了比较.为了全面试验各种运行工况下内置泵的整机特性,确定并验证操作程序,建造了全尺寸试验台架.综合性的试验计划已由反应堆制造者实施,试验结果已经公布.最后必须指出,高度完善而又可靠的内置泵的研制成功,是反应堆制造者与泵制造者密切合作的结果. In order to comprehensively test the characteristics of the built-in pump under various operating conditions, confirm and verify the operating procedures and construct a full-scale test bench. The pilot scheme has been implemented reactor manufacturer, the test results have been published. Finally, it must be noted that highly sophisticated and reliable built-in pump successful development is the result of close cooperation with the manufacturer of the reactor pump manufacturer.
