目的观察细辛提取物对多种疼痛模型的影响,探寻其替代吗啡镇痛的可行性。方法选取昆明种小鼠或Wistar大鼠,采用小鼠热板法、小鼠扭体法、小鼠温浴法及大鼠甩尾法等4种实验方法 ,各种方法在动物选取后均随机分为5组:对照组,吗啡组,低、中、高剂量细辛组,观察不同剂量细辛提取物对动物疼痛的影响,并与对照组、吗啡组进行比较。结果实验前5组动物基础痛域测定均无差异;4种实验结果表明,细辛提取物与吗啡组相比镇痛作用起效较慢但作用维持时间长。在扭体法实验中,细辛3个剂量组及吗啡组均产生了明显的扭体抑制,其中高剂量组与吗啡组扭体抑制率均达100%。结论细辛提取物具有显著的镇痛作用,可将其作为三阶梯镇痛中替代吗啡的选择药物。
Objective To observe the effects of Asarum extract on various pain models and explore the feasibility of analgesic morphine replacement. Methods Kunming mice or Wistar rats were selected and four experimental methods including mouse hot plate method, mouse writhing method, mouse warm bath method and rat tail flick method were used. All methods were randomly divided after animal selection. For 5 groups: control group, morphine group, low-, medium-, and high-dose Asarum group, observe the effects of different doses of Asarum extract on animal pain, and compare with the control group and morphine group. Results There was no difference in the measurement of the basic pain field of the 5 groups before the experiment. The results of 4 kinds of experiments showed that the analgesic effect of Asarum extract was slower than that of morphine group, but the duration of action was longer. In the writhing test, significant inhibition of writhing was observed in the three doses of Asarum group and morphine group, and the inhibition rate of writhing in both the high dose group and the morphine group reached 100%. Conclusion Asarum extract has significant analgesic effect and can be used as alternative medicine for morphine in three-step analgesia.
