6150_(c-2)型柴油机与ZMH56/24-6型直流电机配套,组成柴油直流脉冲发电机组。鉴于廿年来脉冲机组生产、调试情况,为了提高机组脉冲输出能量,即提高波形参数,缩短储能时间,采取提高柴油机最大空转转速,又加大柴油机每循环供油量来提高柴油机功率的办法,造成柴油机不完全燃烧,热负荷增加,排气管严重积炭,功率下降,迫使柴油机提前检修,因而直接影响着柴油机的经济性,可靠性和寿命。使这一装置不能发挥其应具有的技术性能。为探索这一问题,首先需讨论机组动态工况时,机组各装置的参数随转速,时间变化关系,如柴油机工作特性,电机输出波形,机组复合转动惯量储、放机组动能变化规律等,找出其相互间的关系,运用能量守恒定律,分析能量转换过程,得出能量平衡关系方程。要取得符合实际情况的运算,首先要取得较精确的测试数据和解决取得这些测试数据的试验方法。采用与机组配套的简单仪表仪器和机组设备,用简易的直接和间接的测试方法,测出较准确的数据。依据所得数据,通过计算,找出机组最佳配合参数,既能兼顾到脉冲波形,通电及断电间歇储能时间的要求和柴油机较好的燃烧,又不增大柴油机热负荷,从而使机组持久可靠的运转,使机组获得较好的配合,以发挥机组最佳技术性能。
