旋耕刀片的型式和参数是决定旋耕阻力和耕作质量的主要因素之一,刀片正切面的重要性相当于铧式犁的犁体曲面。本文根据旱作砂壤土土壤条件,提出在保证一定耕作质量的前提下,降低旋耕阻力的刀片正切面设计方法——曲元线扫描法形成正切面曲面。按本方法设计的刀片的试验结果表明,在试验条件下,正切面宽度为85毫米和135毫米的试验刀片,功耗比部标刀片分别降低17%和36%,耕作质量与部标刀片相当。
The type and parameter of rotary blade is one of the main factors that determine the resistance of tillage and the quality of tillage. The importance of the tangential plane of the blade is equivalent to the plow surface of the plow. According to the soil conditions of sandy loam soil in dry land, this paper puts forward the design method of cutting blade tangent surface to reduce the resistance of rotary tillage under the precondition of certain tillage quality - Qu Yuan line scanning method to form the tangential surface. The test results of the blade designed according to this method show that under the test conditions, the test blades with a width of 85 mm and a width of 135 mm have lower power consumption by 17% and 36% respectively than the standard blades, .
