以移植后苗龄5个月盈江省藤实生苗为试材,分别采用施肥、透光率、藤株密度、解淀粉芽孢杆菌D-B9601-Y2(简称Y2菌株)为因素,采用L9(34)正交实验设计进行苗木培育试验。结果表明:影响盈江省藤4种生长性状的主导因子各不相同,理论最佳试验组合为A3B3C2D1,即30株施复合肥90g,透光率50%,藤株密度10cm×15cm,Y2菌株浓度0.4×106 cfu/mL,其苗高、地径、单株叶片数、叶面积分别为25.07cm、9.93mm、3.4片和870.1cm2。方差分析结果表明,复合肥对苗高和叶片数的影响差异显著,对叶面积生长影响极显著,对地径影响差异不显著。透光率、藤株密度和Y2菌株对4种生长性状影响均达极显著差异水平。
Five days after transplanting, the seedlings of Yingjiang rattan seedlings were used as experimental materials.
