在大小年明显的毛竹(Phyllostachys edulis)笋竹两用林纯林中,开展不同时间施用黄腐酸钾型豆粕有机肥对毛竹林鞭笋产量的影响试验,结果表明:5月1次性施肥的毛竹林鞭笋产量比8月1次性施肥的有显著提高,施肥量相同时,5月1次性施肥与5月、8月2次施肥的毛竹林鞭笋产量也有显著提高。而且对新竹的生长没有明显影响。由此可见,培育毛竹鞭笋高产的最佳施肥时间是在每年的5月,而且1次性施黄腐酸钾型豆粕有机肥的用量应≥1 000kg/hm2·a。
